UZIN MT CLASSIC SYSTEM – INSTALL MOISTURE TOLERANT WITH EASE
The UZIN MT Classic System is suitable on damp, cementitious substrates without using moisture-barrier or moisture-braking products. As a moisturer barrier layer is not required and the associated work steps are also not necessary, a floor covering can be installed very time- and cost-efficiently. The hard work to sand the reaction resin primers is also avoided. And on top of all that, the UZIN MT Classic system has a lower carbon footprint compared to a classic PU or epoxy
resin-based barrier system.

UZIN EPOXY SANDWICH – THE MOISTURE-BARRIER AND LOW-CONSUMPTION SYSTEM
The Epoxy Sandwich System is used for extremely rough and moist concrete and cement substrates. In general, the moisture barrier is applied directly to these substrates – at consumption of up to 1 kg/m2. Using our new UZIN MT Technology, the substrate can be levelled with UZIN PE 360 PLUS and UZIN NC 161 before applying the epoxy resin primer, reducing epoxy resin consumption by up to 60 %. Floor coverings can be installed with suitable adhesives or other flooring constructions systems can be used on top.

UZIN RR 185 – FOR INSTALLATION ON CRITICAL DDAMP SUBSTRATES
UZIN RR 185 is a stabilising underlay for installing flooring under particularly adverse conditions. In conjunction with the UZIN MT system products – such as the UZIN PE 360 PLUS and the UZIN NC 161 – master fine levelling, even on the most challenging substrates. The result: 100 % alkaline moisture tolerance and a significantly more uniform installation pattern of the floor covering.

UZIN EARLY BIRD – THE SYSTEM FOR EARLY BONDING ON CEMENTIOUS THIN SCREEDS WITH RESIDUAL MOISTURE
You frequently have to install height compensation of several centimetres before installing a floor covering. Normally thin screeds are used for this, which often have a long drying time until they are ready for covering. The UZIN Early Bird System reduces the drying time of thin screeds – depending on the layer thickness – by up to 75 %. So you can finish your flooring work earlier.

UZIN EARLY BIRD – THE EARLY INSTALLATION SYSTEM FOR SEALANTS
Using the UZIN Early Bird System for sealants, you can seal damp substrates with rising damp without using a moisture barrier primer. Thanks to moisture tolerant levelling compound and permeable sealant, the alkaline moisture from the substrate
does not affect the installation materials that are used – so the drying times for moisture-barrier primers are dropped.

MOISTURE-BARRIER & MOISTURE-BRAKING UZIN SYSTEMS AT A GLANCE
The UZIN HydroBlock System is the first eco-friendly complete system from UZIN for moisture-blocking substrate preparation on concrete for storey ceilings, concrete floors without subsequent moisture and cement screeds up to 5 CM-% or 98 % RH. The UZIN Hydro LevelStar, makes up a fully-fledged alternative to EP and PUR products.
UZIN epoxy resin primers are real all-rounders when it comes to the traditional barrier and reinforcement for very damp substrates, even under heavy load. They also reliably retain moisture on cement screed and concrete.
You can use UZIN 1-component PUR primers to prepare the substrate perfectly – in particular you need to work fast. The quick-fix solution helps to create a barrier to residual moisture in the substrate on all cementitious substrates.
